Yes, however we will not install any materials that do not meet Australian Standards and will be unable to offer a warranty for supplied materials. If you experience any issues with materials you have supplied after installation we will charge for our time to return to rectify any issues.

No, we do not.

No we do not have the Gas equipment required, however we can run the power circuit for your new air-con and recommend reliable local tradesmen for the job.

Wherever our schedule allows, however, we appreciate as much notice as possible.

Yes, we have staff scheduled for after hours, however, emergency rates will apply.

While we do our best to select quality and reliable parts we are not the manufacturer and cannot be held responsible for any faults or failures. We will assist you in the warranty process, should it be necessary, however it is ultimately up to the manufacturer as to how the warranty process is conducted. Some may specify that the end client must submit the warranty claim. Not all manufacturers will reimburse the time it takes to return to rectify any issues, some will only offer replacement parts.

Our banking details will be supplied on the invoice for direct banking. We also offer credit card payment through the Pay Now button on our invoice.

We charge a tradesman at $120/hr+ GST for a minimum of one hour.
